 This fence around Toyland Tours has appeared recently, as seen from next to Bouncing Bugs.

 The fence started to go up yesterday, and was completed this morning.

 The fence almost looks as if it's been put the wrong way round!

 From here, you can see that the fence stretches around to McDonald's, to stop people getting through that way.
